Who are We?
Leisure Living has been building custom swimming pools,
spas, water features and outdoor landscapes in Dallas,
Plano, Frisco and the greater
North Texas
for over 29 years. Owner Tom Moneta began the company in
1980 and is still designing swimming pools today. His
son Scott joined him in 1990 and has continued on with the
family business, winning awards and accolades on his own.
We’re one of only a handful of Swimming pool builders in
the
Dallas
area with APSP Certified Pool Builders. The team is
complemented by swimming pool and landscape designers who
share the same high quality standards.
When local newscasts and publications
are looking for experts on swimming pool construction and
consumer swimming pool issues, they come to Leisure Living
Pools. We’ve been interviewed by national trade magazines
and local TV newscasts to comment on pool building
techniques and assurance, ethics and expertise.

Leisure Living Pools is a CUSTOM pool builder. We
actually limit the quantity of pools we build each year, to
provide constant supervision and quality control over each
project completed.
What makes our process different from other companies is
that our sales and design consultants do it all. We sell,
design and oversee every aspect of your swimming pool and
outdoor living areas, supervising all phases of
construction. We
believe that intense construction management, coupled with
thorough client communication creates a better product.
Our Subcontractors
We believe it’s our responsibility to make sure the
very best standards go into the construction of your
swimming pool. That’s
why Leisure Living maintains a staff of quality craftsmen
who are specialists in their trades. In other words, our
stone and brick masons work only with stone or brick, our
tile setters work only with tile. They’re the best at what
they do and it shows in their work, time after time.
